How do I modify my reservation?

All bookings are made through the Bensalenkkarit.fi website using our booking engine.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive an email with all the booking details and your booking number.

If you want to make changes – such as adjusting the rental time, date or vehicle type – you can do it easily using the form below.
Simply enter your booking number and the new details, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my booking?

If your plans change, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental starts. You can cancel by phone, by email or directly using the form on this page.

For later cancellations, the following fees apply:

• 25€ cancellation fee per booking

• If the booking is not cancelled before the rental start time, we will also charge a €50 no-show fee

Extra protection for your booking

Want more flexibility for last-minute changes? You can add cancellation protection to your booking for a small additional fee. This allows you to receive a full refund of the rental price if you cancel at least 2 hours before the rental start time.

Please note that the price of the cancellation protection itself is non-refundable.
